it's been a crazy whirlwind of deserts, beaches, caves, rivers and farms. really really cool and fun and fabulous but i'm missing msia like freaking crazy. and i'm dyinggggg to know my results!!!

HELLO I WANT A DSLR FOR CHRISTMAS PLEASE :D

i promise i won't take photos of flowers/insects on flowers/drops of water on flowers or anything as incredibly sad as that. The main reason why i want one is so i can get the DOF effect which, using a regular digital compact, is just not do-able. :(

ahhh if life didn't have to be so practical, i would totally be a photographer. it has to be one of the most awesomest jobs in the world, :) rightt?

I think there was a point in my life where i used to blog really often, maybe like a year or two years ago. And my posts were long and diary entry-like. But that was when i actually had people, like, actual human beings, reading my blog instead of those "spiders" or whatever you call it that search engines send out to mark pages. I mean, does anyone even read this?!?! Anyway, i blog for my own benefit, because it's therapeutic and also so i can look back at this thing when i am 92 and laugh laugh laugh. haha :)

Anyway, today (and every day actually) has been really nice, i think i could totally get used to living like this for a long, long time. No worries, no stress, and i am definitely NOT thinking about the stupid results which are coming out next week. Do NOT tell me i'll do okay because saying that won't change how badly i messed up my english paper. But hey, that's next week, and i prefer to live and enjoy every day as it comes and not dwell on my impending and imminent doom.

Yea anywayy, this morning mom dragged me out of my room and insisted that i go shopping with her at bangsar. I don't know what came over her, seriously. I didn't really wanna go cause i had things to do at home and also because she would be with her friend and i would probably end up wandering around alone. But i went anyway. And true enough, i ended up wandering around alone, bored to near death. Ha ha ha.

After awhile, i left my mom with her friend and went over to midvalley instead where i watched NEW MOON with af and af. :D It was alright i guess. 70% of the movie consisted of close-ups. And we were sitting in the SECOND row, so yea, the whole thing was like... right in my face. Hmmm, maybe THAT'S why EVERYTHING seemed like a close-up haha.

I FEEL LIKE A TRAINWRECK

As much as i love hanging out in hospitals (pfft), i'm extremely, EXTREMELY relieved that tomorrow is a FRIDAY AT LAST which means that the following day is a SATURDAY which means that i don't have to wake up at the ungodly hour of 5.30am just so i can arrive at the hospital at 6.30am.

Maybe it's time to consider a career change. Something less stressful and less bloody... like rocket science. HAHA.

Yo, i've seen a couple of movies these few days and since i am bored to near tears, i'll write a nice little review on them so you'll know what not to waste your money on.

1. 2012

I watched it twice. The first time, i missed the first 20 minutes of the movie and the second, i missed the last 45 minutes of the movie, haha. But from what i managed to piece together, this movie was pretty awesome, i think.

Yea so, 2012 is a typical Hollywood blockbuster. Everything was done right - the sound effects, the building up of suspense, the acting, cinematography, graphics, timing bla bla... everything came out perfectly on cue. The plot isn't half bad either, some people thought it rather slow and predictable but i think it's alright. Totally worth watching, but not twice.

2. The Box

This was so bad. The whole thing made absolutely no sense whatsoever, and the ending provided no answers to the bizarreness and strangeness of the plot which really can't be considered a plot at all. The only reason why i didn't bolt for the door after an hour of that crap was because i wanted a clear explanation of everything that seemed to be happening for no apparent reason at all but nada, i didn't get any. i didn't get the entire thing. But i kinda liked the setting of the movie, and the colours in it and the cinematography, but the sound effects were nasty so no, do not, under any circumstances, waste your money on this sad excuse for a "thought-provoking" film. (Critics defending the film wrote that only people who "graduated from high school" would be able to understand and appreciate this film but seriously, there is NOTHING to understand. it's just retarded.)

3. A Christmas Carol

SO BORING. I nearly fell asleep halfway through the movie, at the most exciting bit. Well the only redeeming point of the film is the graphics. The animations were really, really good, and because of that, i enjoyed the first half hour of the movie, but unfortunately, the other aspects of the movie couldn't support the awesomeness of the graphics and so the whole thing just flopped over and crumbled to the ground. The plot was just too predictable, and it was crawling at such a painfully slowwwww pace and there was too much talking and it was so cliched. They should inject a little, no, a LOT more humour and some sarcasm and witticism in it. Yea so, only worth watching if you have nothing else to watch.

Yesss that's about it. Haven't seen Jennifer's Body and i don't really plan to because unlike half the earth's population, i am not obsessed with megan darling fox. plus, it's a horror flick. i hate horror. even the word "horror" looks horrendously hideous. :D

Okayyy that cured a bit of my boredom. GIVE ME SOMETHING TO DO plsss that does not involve computers or the tv or anything electronical because i think they have something against me. seriously. everything DIES when i touch it. i think i've killed like 3 printers and more than 4 or 5 phones and my mom's computer. My dad has forbidden me to touch the computer in his room haha. And i have no idea how to use the tv or anything plugged into it. shut up, i'm not stupid, i just can't be bothered to figure all these things out. alrighttt i should stop rambling and go do something. something cool.
